Help, I need Models for advanced training!

Posted under Uncategorized by admin on Sunday 14 June 2009

What do you do when you have to find models for class or your first salon interview?  If you live in Chicago or New York, you can use a website called www.SalonApprentice.com.  Some schools will require that you bring in models to perform techniques like a perm or a blunt bob haircut.  These techniques are easy to learn, but sometimes hard to do and it is important that you get as much training with models before taking your own clients.  SalonApprentice.com was started by an apprentice that wanted a better way of finding models for advanced training classes.  It is a FREE website that allows any training apprentice, or beauty school student, to post an ad for a Free or discounted hair service.  This site is only to be used for training purposes, not to build a clientele!  If you live in Chicago or New York, many people already know about the website and check it weekly for postings from students or salon apprentices.
